All are food-safe (where applicable) and designed for both beauty and utility.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

• Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
• Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
• Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

• Express: 3–6 business days
• Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your ceramics are on their way! (Items are carefully packaged to prevent breakage.)

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your ceramics food-safe and durable? Yes! Most functional pieces (mugs, bowls, plates) use food-safe glazes and high-fired stoneware/porcelain. They are microwave, dishwasher, and oven-safe (up to certain temperatures – check product details). Decorative items are for display only.

7. How do I care for my pottery?

• Hand-wash recommended for longevity (dishwasher safe where noted).
• Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., from fridge to hot oven) to prevent cracking.
• Wipe with soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners. Specific care instructions are included with each item.
